Now serving as Interim CEO at 99 Years Studios, Wil brings his deep creative insight and entrepreneurial drive to lead the company into a new era of innovation and global expansion.
A self-described “analog film junkie,” Wil is fluent in both the artistry of traditional film and the precision of modern digital production. His multidisciplinary background allows him to merge creativity and strategy — shaping stories that transcend borders while building opportunities for other creatives to thrive.
Throughout his career, Wil has been devoted not only to the craft of visual storytelling but also to empowering others to elevate their work. His coaching, mentorship, and production philosophy center around helping artists turn passion into sustainable careers. At 99 Years Studios, Wil leads initiatives focused on new client acquisition, strategic partnerships, streaming content development for MAX PRIME TV, and expanding the company’s global footprint in film, music, and branded entertainment.

In the quiet heart of Huntsville, Alabama, Abraham and Deanna Chopin, welcomed a son into the world on October 9th, 1990. They named him Joseph Michael Chopin — a child born beneath southern skies, under a rising light of divine purpose. From the very beginning, his birth seemed to mark more than a moment in time; it symbolized the arrival of a new sun — the awakening of a creative force that would one day shine far beyond its origin.
Even as a child, Joseph carried something different — a stillness mixed with wonder.
